STEP 2

THE QUESTIONNAIRE

Pri­or to your com­pli­men­ta­ry con­sul­ta­tion, regard­less if in-per­son or by phone, we will ask you to fill out a quick ques­tion­naire so we can bet­ter under­stand what you are look­ing for.  This is sent via email and sub­mit­ted online.  Very sim­ple!

STEP 3

IN-PERSON COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION

Dur­ing your com­pli­men­ta­ry con­sul­ta­tion, we will review the design process, time­line, col­or palet­te, cre­ative direc­tion, bud­get and eti­quet­te.  You will be able to see, touch and feel a wide vari­ety of invi­ta­tion sam­ples, paper tex­tures, print­ing tech­niques, swatch­es and embell­ish­ments.  Col­lec­tive­ly togeth­er we will cre­ate a wed­ding invi­ta­tion suite that artis­ti­cal­ly rep­re­sents you and your sig­nif­i­cant oth­er as a cou­ple and sets the tone for one of the most impor­tant days of your life!

PHONE COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION

Dur­ing your com­pli­men­ta­ry con­sul­ta­tion, we will review the design process, time­line, col­or palet­te, cre­ative direc­tion, bud­get and eti­quet­te.  Since the beau­ty of our invi­ta­tion suites are much more val­ued when they are seen in per­son, we will send you sam­ples of what was dis­cussed.  We will also cre­ate a dig­i­tal idea board for you to make sure we are all on the same page.  Col­lec­tive­ly togeth­er we will cre­ate a wed­ding invi­ta­tion suite that artis­ti­cal­ly rep­re­sents you and your sig­nif­i­cant oth­er as a cou­ple and sets the tone for one of the most impor­tant days of your life!

STEP 4

PROPOSAL, DEPOSIT AND GATHERING CONTENT

Short­ly after your con­sul­ta­tion a pro­pos­al will be pro­vid­ed to you via email and avail­able to view online.  The pro­pos­al will out­line every­thing we dis­cussed dur­ing your con­sul­ta­tion, as well as provide you with addi­tion­al upgrade options that you can opt in for by sim­ply click­ing on the check box next to each item.  Upgrade items include but are not lim­it­ed to address print­ing, envelope lin­ers, embell­ish­ments, full mail ser­vice and more.

Once the pro­pos­al is accept­ed we ask for a 50% non-refund­able deposit so we can start order­ing your stock.  Short­ly after the pro­pos­al is accept­ed we will send you an email with next steps that will cap­ture all the infor­ma­tion we need to start design­ing.  We lit­er­al­ly walk you through the entire process.

STEP 5

PROOFS, REVISIONS AND APPROVAL

Once you provide us with all the infor­ma­tion we need, we will provide you with dig­i­tal proofs of your entire wed­ding invi­ta­tion suite.  We ask that you proof­read your proofs and provide us with revi­sions in one email.  We will then provide you with revised proofs inclu­sive of those revi­sions at no addi­tion­al charge.  Two rounds of revi­sions are includ­ed in the design process.  Addi­tion­al charges will apply for addi­tion­al revi­sions, but are rarely need­ed.

STEP 6

PRODUCTION AND PAYMENT

Sit back and relax!  Once you approve the final design, our pro­duc­tion depart­ment will man­age the order­ing and print­ing of your invi­ta­tions and coor­di­nat­ing items.  Our team inspects and reviews all pieces before ship­ping to you.  Stan­dard pro­cess­ing is two weeks.  We can always add a rush if need­ed soon­er!
