Prior to your complimentary consultation, regardless if in-person or by phone, we will ask you to fill out a quick questionnaire so we can better understand what you are looking for. This is sent via email and submitted online. Very simple!
IN-PERSON COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION
During your complimentary consultation, we will review the design process, timeline, color palette, creative direction, budget and etiquette. You will be able to see, touch and feel a wide variety of invitation samples, paper textures, printing techniques, swatches and embellishments. Collectively together we will create a wedding invitation suite that artistically represents you and your significant other as a couple and sets the tone for one of the most important days of your lives!
PHONE COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION
During your complimentary consultation, we will review the design process, timeline, color palette, creative direction, budget and etiquette. Since the beauty of our invitation suites are much more valued when they are seen in person, we will send you samples of what was discussed. We will also create a digital idea board for you to make sure we are all on the same page. Collectively together we will create a wedding invitation suite that artistically represents you and your significant other as a couple and sets the tone for one of the most important day of your lives!
PROPOSAL, DEPOSIT AND GATHERING CONTENT
Shortly after your consultation a proposal will be provided to you via email and available to view online. The proposal will outline everything we discussed during your consultation, as well as provide you with additional upgrade options that you can opt in for by simply clicking on the check box next to each item. Upgrade items include but are not limited to address printing, envelope liners, embellishments, full mail service and more.
Once the proposal is accepted we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit so we can start ordering your stock. Shortly after the proposal is accepted we will send you an email with next steps that will capture all the information we need to start designing. We literally walk you through the entire process.
PROOFS, REVISIONS AND APPROVAL
Once you provide us with all the information we need, we will provide you with digital proofs of your entire wedding invitation suite. We ask that you proofread your proofs and provide us with revisions in one email. We will then provide you with revised proofs inclusive of those revisions at no additional charge. Two rounds of revisions are included in the design process. Additional charges will apply for additional revisions, but are rarely needed.
PRODUCTION AND PAYMENT
Sit back and relax! Once you approve the final design, our production department will start the printing and assembling process. We will notify you via email as soon as your invitations are either ready to be picked up or shipped. We always put an entire wedding invitation suite together so that you can take it to the post office and have them measure and weigh it so you can be sure you have the correct amount of postage. We also provide you with “next steps” or instructions and recommendations on the best way to complete assembly and the right tools to use to seal your envelopes. We try to make this process as seamless and stress-free as possible for you!
