Here it is! Highlights from Miss Cupcake’s wedding day.
So running your own business, planning a wedding and trying to restore some normalcy in your life is no easy task. It is super stressful, but also so much fun, not mention, so worth it! Nick and I couldn’t have asked for a better day. We truly felt so loved and it really was the most perfect day.
It only took me almost a year to share some highlight photos, but let’s just say….better late than never! I would like to give Janet Lanza Photography a huge shout out for being the amazing wedding photographer she is and capturing these moments for us. She was not only our photographer but the women who kept us on track and calmed our nerves during the process.
We entrusted Maria Succi at Fiori’s Flowers to take my “Gatsby Inspired” creative direction and turn it into something elegant and she did exactly that. Nick and I were simply in love with #alltheflowers throughout our wedding details, especially our table centerpieces which were displayed so amazingly on gold vintage candalabras.
One of my most favorite details about our wedding was our wedding programs. I created actual newspapers to go along with our 1920’s theme and had our ring bearers dress up as newsies and hand out the newspaper as our guests arrived at the church. They were simply adorable. And of course….our wedding invitations! People are still talking about the wow factor that they presented once they arrived at our guests homes. I mean, would you expect anything less from me?! (haha).
A huge thank you to my parents, who without them, this magical day would not have happened. Thank you to our bridal party and our family and friends who celebrated this milestone with us. I will be sharing more but here’s a taste for now!
